New Exhaust System Advice - 1989 Carrera 3.2

Looking for advice. I have a 1989 Carrera 3.2 - low mileage, all original, FPSH I'm having the underside cleaned and protected by Dinitrol, but the (original) exhaust system is looking quite old and tarnished so I asked Porsche for a quote to change it. They have said that the Porsche part is not av...

Thanks.

Yes, posted on I.B., but still looking.

I'm sure there are plenty in the back of garages, around the country.

Re: Porsche 993 chat

I went to the Factory launch of the 993 in Spain in 1993 - subsequently ordered a C2 Coupe then in '95 a C2 Cab. However, subsequently drove a couple of Varioram C4 Coupes and thought they were the nicest. In fact, few years later, sought out and bought one. Sold it recently though, interestingly be...

Re: Looking for VERY low mileage aircooled 911

Low mileage 'classics'- particularly aircooled 911s - do command a premium, and the nicest, very low mileage, original, fsh, examples can look disproportionately expensive - some people get it, some don't. The 964 above is a good example, and in the current climate is, IMO, priced in the right ballp...

Re: Any Really Nice G50 3.2s For Sale? Now Found One, Thank

Just an update; the one I found is a Guards Red/Black Leather '89 Coupe, with 24k mls, FPSH, in pristine, original condition. Not the Hairpin car; mine has sports seats and is fitted with a new non-spoilered engine lid (original to be stored). I had a thorough PPI inspection and it was virtually per...

Re: New 911R - a bargain!

There'll be tears.

I was told, on pretty good authority, that the next gen 991 GT3.2 will incorporate quite a few options from the 911R
