And they say things are more expensive down south!
You seem to have found some excellent engineers in your area.
Whats next on the list of parts you are going to manufacture?

chassis strengthening 911 race car

Well lads thanks for all your input. Have read the regs and the blue book and the chassis will remain standard except for the six point cage generally used in historic motor sport. As was pointed out the grip offered by 6 x 15 wheels shod with yokohama tyres won`t give the chassis too much of a hard...

chassis strengthening 911 race car

Just about to start work on my 1969 911 for HSCC roadsports championship. Can anyone advise me as to where a 911 chassis- body can be improved in the way of stiffening either by adding bits or welding seams.
I know that the factory did work like this but I have no details.

7R cases or 2.7 engine

Can anybody help with these parts? I am looking to build a hot 2.7 powerplant for my 2.4T. With this in mind I am trying to find a good set of 7R magnisium cases or a complete 1975 ish 2.7 or 2.7S engine. The engine could be a long block or with all the ancillary bits still fitted. Would much apprec...

7R cases

Need to find some 2.7 7R mag cases in good condition. Would prefer 97mm bore cylinder spigots, but I would consider 92mm spigots if I can`t find the right ones.

Hi Andy Thanks for the drive of your car. Considering the weight of that stonking 993 powerhouse in the back of your RSR replica. I was pleasantly suprised by the way it handled. Playful is a word that comes to mind. I found these RSR mirrors some years ago at G force motorsport not far from you. Gi...

It is unfortunate that the pre 1974 Silverstone day is so close to CLM. But due to my bad planning I will be attending the Silverstone day and not the CLM. I am hoping to pick up my new to me 2.4T from Alan at Canford Classics. Should happen in the next few days, can`t wait! and bring it with me to ...
