Are yellow lenses legal in the UK? I remember a discussion about it ages ago but can't remember the outcome

From what I understand from my MOT man, the lenses are legal but if there's any problem, I have some boring old clear ones to go in.

Great progress being made at last and the final result is going to be stunning. Great stuff from all involved.

Loving it Keith. The Silver stripe really works and will compliment the wheels (and the little hair you have left) perfectly.

Legal here, but not in Europe any more. The MoT specifically says the lights must be white or yellow.

That colour combination looks stunning !

Is there much work needed on the mechanicals or interior ?

Thanks Andy! Must admits, I'm blown away each time I look at it. 8)

Rear suspension is already in place, with Weltmeister bushes etc. Undecided on torsion bars, though. Front suspension needs fitting, but all ready to go. Got front brake discs (SC/Carrera 3.2) but need to get rears (early 'S' vented), to go with six- and four-pot calipers. Will use the later four-speed trans to get me going, and then build up five-speed over winter. Engine awaits pistons (Wossners, but need to find ££££) and cams (away at Web Cam at present), but heads are done. Needs assembly... Eek! Interior - seats are trimmed, gauges need collecting from Julian Reap. Gotta source some carpets, roll cage done, harnesses ready... Gotta finish dashboard mods ( 8) ), fit new headlining, all seals and glass. Brake lines/hoses. Electrics!!!! Hmmmm. Not much, then. But hey, I have a deadline.

Somewhere between Mick Temple's and Mike Moore's in terms of length, I think!
