HELP! Looking after RSR finish on Fuchs

I'm not sure on the technical terms but I've found there's staining on the 'rough silver' surfaces of the wheels (petals and innerside surface of the rim) and wondered what might be the best way of cleaning? Soap doesn't seem to shift it but i'm nervous of using anything harsher. Any tips?

wow there's some harsh critics on here :lol: I remember seeing a famous DDK car a few years ago that had just emerged from a 100 point 'concourse' restoration by a renowned DDK early 911 specialist that also had wonky horn grills.
