Yes I'm fine aswell as my brother that was with me, guess l need to stick to Gran Turismo for drifting round corners. Best of it is we were only doing around 20mph round the bend. Still better I was in the 4x4 and not my speedster, defo would be miffed off.
Started stripping out the front suspension
After a trail fit, we noticed a few clearance issues. First of we needed to take the steering rack off and then grind of the spot welds holding the?? Tube half cut which locates on the bottom framehead(circled in picture already removed).
With these taken of it can be position into place and bolted using the 2 top bolts. Leave these slack so you can slide the half tube sections previously removed back in place. They can be tack welded once it's all bolted up. Thinking about it though if it needs removing in the future, you wont be able to, so will think of a way to semi permanently get over this. Stay tuned.
