As some of you may remember a friend of mine was looking for a 930 turbo a while back. Well he still is.
Anyone with some view points and knowledge tell me what you think of the one above @ PS.
Sam, is it still there and what is really like? He wants it as a long term keeper.
Anyone on here know the current or previous owners?

It's still here. 
I think the best way to describe it is 'sound but in need of detailing'. I've priced it as such.
The good :
The interior is great, excellent even.
It drives properly.
It's a 79.
The paint is all bright.
It's not a rot box.
The less good :
The conversion was done in 1986, the body stickers are from then, are faded and have been painted up to in places.
The door pins are painted.
The front inner edges of the doors aren't satin black.
The wheels are mint, but the rims are machined rather than anodised.
The tyres are perfectly legal but old.
The AC doesn't work.
Overall it's definitely better than most, but if it were mine I would eventually want to remove the stickers and paint both sides of the car and send the wheels to Biagio. I'd also put some new tyres on for the spring.
It needs a new sunroof seal and one rear quarter seal is cracked, Porsche have promised to deliver both this week. We also ought to get onto blacking the doors and doing the door pins next week.
If he's after a 930 to win shows with, this isn't it. But it is a thoroughly decent useable car with reasonable miles that he could easily drive as is or gently improve I'd say it's worth a look.
