Nice pics indeed! The clearance between the back tyre and wing looks about 5mm! Were you just a little worried when you put the wheels on and lowered the car off the jack?

Very precise lowering job you couldn't go much more!

beautifull car, looks a little modern though on the low profiles, vintage race tyres would look nice IMO

Thanks for all your great comments, re the car and the photos.

Re clearance, there is actually more room that you think, it has been raised 3/4 inch as it used to bottom out when the car was loaded up with 2 adults and 2 kids.

Re modern tyres, I agree, it would look a bit better, but I drive this car most days and I have had it built to modern specs so it is easy to drive and handles like no other 356 I have ever driven, some of which can be contributed to the lower profile tyres and suspension set up.
