We are on with a swap we got the yummy 6 for her on Sunday. The moor we delve in to the shell the moor solid she is. It brings back so many memorys of all those years ago. Carnt wait to see the piks. I am like you tride to up load the piks but it baffels me. On other web sites its so easy just straight import from your pickkies in your folder !!!!!!!!!!

I should have some shots of that area. I'll have a look.
It will have a 4 cyl engine, (6 far too expensive! - maybe next time). I am in the process of rebuilding the engine. It's a 1.8 on L-jetronic. I want to keep the fuel injection system so am restricted to the stock cam. I will be rebuilding the heads with larger valves & gas flowing, but can't make my mind up whether to go for 96mm pistons / barrels or change crank / rods / pistons etc to 2.0 litre spec.
Open to suggestions (if anyone has any engine parts for sale I would be interested).

Cheers

Steve

That looks fantastic - can't wait to see it all painted, gorgeous colour. Mine is painted underneath (though it is not anything like as straight as yours), complete with orange stripe, and it always makes the MOT man's day!

Looks like you will employ the same tactic, distracting him with dazzling paintwork underneath!

Good luck with the rest of the build.

Nice job, thats exactly how i did mine but didn't bother putting in the recess for the glove box which means it's not as deep as origional!
Still plenty to do, keep the pics coming.
