69t front wing

Post by leedurrant73 »

Hello all, been a while since I’ve posted but back on the car.

How many bolts to remove to take the front drivers side wing off?
I’ve taken the two out of the door jam and many out near the A frame.
Also along the wing.

Does anyone know how many in total to remove so I can have a count up ?
Heat gun next.

Thanks Lee

Hello again!

Got the passenger side loose now ready to come off and removed the fuel neck but how do I remove the cable from the wing ?
I see there is a pin, do I remove it?

Thanks Lee

It’s ok I’ve done it. Inner and outer wing looks pretty good.
Need a new front panel... thanks

Well that’s the underseal off the passenger wing... just need to wire brush it. Can see a few minor dents to top of wing and maybe some welding done to the support?

The actual wing look in fantastic condition which may explain it had a knock and a new wing fitted. Unsure to be honest but looks like good news for now.. I hope.

Now moving the the other wing...

Appreciate all your help with wing removal and underseal. Thanks
