New acquisition

I sent my application for full membership a few days back and today picked up a car so now feel like a proper DDker!

I acquired a 2.7 RS lightweight tribute car. Based on a RHD 1972 2.4 E it was converted over ten years ago. It currently has a 2.7 engine (with cases from a genuine RS). It is green over white. I would post some pictures...if I knew how!

I had a fairly long drive to get it home but it was 99% motorways or dual carriageway so haven't had a chance to drive it properly yet. Hopefully will get a chance over the weekend. Need to find some decent roads near me in Cambridge.

Welcome to the forum, great car, I'm sure you'll enjoy using it as it was intended.

Both these cars were sold from the same dealer. around 2005.
Mick, I'm sure you'll miss it just a wee bit.
