James, hot66, went to introduce myself to mike a week ago whilst out that way with work, top bloke, will be pulling carpets etc shortly to look and condition of floor and chassis........Mark..

Good luck with this project.... I saw the ad on piston heads a few times and chuckled because trying to sell a v8 powered forward dated classic 911 from the western isles did seem a mission impossible!

Hope the shell works out as a good start for your project

Keep us posted with progress. I might - not sure yet - have a 72 e spec engine up for grabs in the next few weeks as I finalise build plans for a 72 hotrod

Squirdan, when you put it that way it doesn't sound as appealing to me either, hahahah, but the car came down to Glasgow so not too bad of a trip.
