don't think there will be any reductions for kids as the camping pass is per car anyway +I think the entrance ticket price is set at one level for all by ACO

I will ask though

Sarah & I registered, and thanks for the advice James.
Being slow off the mark I hadn't booked a ferry yet. 'Plenty of time' I thought !! It's still 2009 after all !!
Checked out the suggested Portsmouth Caen return option that a lot of the group are using but only Premier cabins are available now on the outward journey so cost is £505 which for a cross Channel return ferry sounds vaguely absurd (This is with just std seating for the retrun journey). There are reclining seats for £202 but that sounds like sleeping on a Plane, which has never been my strong point. £303 extra for a one way cabin to Caen is some premium !!!

Are there any other groups heading out at a similar time who wouldn't mind an extra one tagging along ? No desire to travel on our own if we don't have to.
If nothing else I'm considering :-
Poole to Cherbourg
Thur 8 Jul 2010 07:15
AND
Cherbourg to Portsmouth
Mon 12 Jul 2010 17:00
Cost is £185. Anyone else interested in doing this combination ? I havn't booked it yet but probably need to very soon or it's price could start rising as well.

Andrew.

Brian ( 1st - tickets ) says this :

Our policy is that Under 16’s go free and the Adult is charged at the “Driver only” rate.

If you are bringing an under 16 then do let Brian know so he can amke a note of it :)
