Classic Le Mans 2010 - DDK Camping & Tickets Package

Post by hot66 »

Classic LeMans 9th July - 11th July 2010

Working in conjunction with 1st-tickets, I can now announce the Classic LeMans 2010 – DDK Camping & Ticket Package

The aim of offering a ‘package’ is to ensure we can all camp together on the club camping at Karting Nord & to give you a dedicated point to book all your tickets & passes. Additionally we can provide the option of Track Laps ( 2 laps ) around the famous full 24hr circuit, although price for this is to be confirmed.

The costs have been based on supplying the club with a larger camping plot to enable car movements on & off the site during the weekend ( which is of great importance for our Friday morning Mulsanne photoshoot ;) & any midnight drives out to Arnage etc )

DEPOSITS NOW BEING TAKEN

I would strongly advise you to book the Paddock Passes ... without them & you'll miss out on what makes CLM great :)

At this stage you will not be asked for money.

1st Tickets will contact you at a later date to confirm your booking & ask for payment.

THE IMPORTANT BIT :

It is of GREAT IMPORTANCE you book / register your tickets ASAP. Just because your name is on the list in the other thread, that does not guarantee you a place. Only when you have registered using the form above is your place guaranteed.

YOU MUST ENTER A DDK FORUM USERNAME on the registration form

ALSO YOU MUST BE A DDK paid-up MEMBER ...... we will be checking with 1st tickets. ( DDK Members can book tickets / camping plot for their non-member friends as long as it's not loads as we do have a limited number of spaces )

EACH VEHICLE NEEDS A CAMPING PASS

Any other questions, please ask :)
