its a good price and priced to sell - probably the cheapest and one of the nicest around fetching between £8 - £12k on ebay and they are usually in the states + import duty - not many for sale in the UKDisco wrote:I do like that...
I've got a 2 year old white face Daytona - pretty much the same watch but without the zenith movement and silver small dials rather than black.
the price you are asking seems very reasonable based on what i paid for a less desirable model....

OMEGA DE VILLE
Folks,
One of my clients wishes to sell this gents Omega De Ville.
If anyone is interested in it, please PM me. The watch is with me and i can get back to you with any questions. I have many more high res pictures.
It's a minter and I'd keep it myself as he does not want a lot for it, it's just not the sort of watch I would wear or collect hence this post.
Watch is in 9 carat gold (case & case back)
Genuine Omega strap & original Omega buckle
Correct & original Omega crown
Original box
Thanks,
Del.

Some of you may have seen that I've been moving a few pieces recently.
The reason?
I've got my hands on this....
An early 70s Heuer Monaco 73633 G
One of my 'grail' watches. It's in stunning condition and I'm a happy man!

It was the 73633 I was after in particular. There's actually a few different
models of original Monacos and not just colour variations of which there are 4 as I understand it) I like to 3 dial layout on this model and having still got a blue and White reissue wanted the grey version. Plus this one having all original pushers, crown, buckle etc made it a must have for me.

I'd love to but it would take more funds than I could throw at it!964RS wrote:Certainly a minter. Nice catch. You gonna go for full set?
Wearing this for a couple of days has brought home to me just how much I like the pre Tag stuff. I may start focusing my collection on Heuer now and the 70s chronos in particular.

Tom - very nice Carrera.
I finally took the plunge and finally purchased a swiss watch. Well german with a swiss movement (close enough)

Its a Sinn 103 ST SA
One thing I have noticed - either I have large wrists or the Sinn straps are for small people. I've put all the lilnks in and it fits like a glove...
Own up then, who else has fat wrists.......
