I'm going to disagree, I think they ruined a classic looking watch by over commercialsing a beautiful design and made it look like a bodged replica!
Totally agree.

Not a big Tag fan at all though tbh

I purchased this today - BNIB

For no other reason than a colleague's relative who works at Dunhill was able to buy one watch as part of an exclusive staff sale and offered me the opportunity.

They retail at £1500 and the price offered to me was just too good to turn down so I looked at what was on offer and picked this.

Something a bit different to my usual choice but I like the design and went for a brown calf strap.

Only downside is that Jude Law wears one as the face of Dunhill!

Dunhill A-Centric Automatic.

Polished stainless steel
40mm diameter
Brown calf strap, polished stainless steel deployant
Automatic mechanical movement with central date hand (date corrector at 4 o'clock)
Calibre: DD9031
Jewels: 21

Was sent these pictures in an email today. Quite impressive. I wonder if my watchmaker has the spare time to do something this creative!

The estimates for those 2 McQueen watches were always way off the mark. Even my Mum said she had read about the Monaco and that it was going to fetch about £20K - I said to hear more like £100K so I was a bit out!
