Fair enough - wonder why the factory kept them apart on stock engines but didn't bother on RSR - too many leads? Too fiddly to change over quickly? Keeping them apart doesn't actually do anything?

Just curious
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young but I'm just backdated yeah

The factory didn't separate the leads until the 3.2 was released in 1983 then seems to have given up on the idea on the 993
