What's happened to 912UK?

Hello all.

I have never seen this fault before!

It looks very much as though the guide cam loose in the head, slid down and made contact with the valve head.

Is this confirmed by the postmortem findings?

Is the head cracked, or was the guide bore oversize?

I can relate to this one.... good luck with the new family. You'll be back at some stage... i'm sure.
