Very early 912
Have a super early 912 in for some work at the moment - 912 number 445
Has a few querky features, like the chassis plate stamped 356T6 / 912 and a green dial oil pressure guage
Very rarely see cars this early, so will post some pics up for reference. Quite a cool car.

Yes I think they will be ok but you only have to get a jobs worth on the day and then that;s that..
mind you my mate works there and he is straight as a die, so I will give him the paper work as he knows what he is doing..
Hey hows the Green rocket doing? any luck getting it sorted ?
if you need to buy valves then Will at CSP seamed to have some, they are what I was going to buy..
When we going to have a 912 day at Max's place.. ( thought I better push a 912 meeting )

Heres a few shots - She's been in very dusty storage for a few years now, we've been tasked with getting her back on the road for the owner. Should be an interesting little project
In case your wondering why they're missing, some punk stole all of the original light units from the car whilst it was in storage!
Gavin, great idea - I'll take some photos along the way and do a write-up for the register site.
Early 356 & 912 data plate on upper bulkhead
Inner wing mounted washer bottle
Painted dash and original Blaupunkt radio
A four dial dash?! Green faced VDO oil pressure guage makes an appearance
Early engine, sporting the correct early air filter canisters & Euro spec heating setup.

Hey Max - will the car still be there next week when mine comes down? It would be good to see how my euro-spec heater setup is supposed to look.
