Insurance?- no nincompoops please
Desperately seeking an efficient insurance broker , whose phone lines aren't manned by teenagers to insure my 1974 911, 1995 VW camper and 1995 LR Disco.
Adrian Flux have finally driven me mad, after another 45 minutes talking to nincompoops, the fourth time this year.
Recommendatioms please guys, or is there NO real personal service left in the insurance industry?

my brother-in-law works for an insurance broker, but he's a t**t too
i have used swiftcover for the last few years and they've been really good (mostly because you can do everything yourself online) but I'm not sure they'd insure, or be competitive atleast on the cars you're looking to cover
have you tried hagerty? i seem to remember quite a few people here used them last time someone asked about insurance

I'm also up for renewal.
Looks like I'm renewing with Hagerty for £270 - limited to 4K miles, agreed value of £30K. Includes EU breakdown.
They have moved me to Hiscox's as the insuer, but the cover looks okay (e.g. I can choose the reparier in the event of an accident).
I got a quote from Adrain Flux (who insure my ex london Taxi) and whilst they were £40 cheaper, I wasn't convinced with the insurer (Kinetic Underwriting) or their service.

Have just had sensible conversations with real people [over age 12] at both Heritage and Hagerty, Hagerty can do 365 day green card but not track day cover ,Heritage OK for track days but so far only 90 day green card.
Both refreshingly good service , not like the muppets at Flux, thanks for your help folks!
