I could always get the rollers out Mick
You can't see any colour mismatch when driving
Look forward to seeing it on the road...

I'd possibly consider matching as well as you can ,... then get the car out on the road as there are always teeething problems with rebuilds etc .. and then enjoying it for the rest of the year
then when your your ready, correct the paint issues properly ???

Hi Mick, I agree with James, get Lee to feather the new colour in as best he can.... and then borrow Ferrymans felt tip pen to cover the joins...

Happy to help, Mike.

Bad luck Mick,It'll be worth it once it's finished.
Be interested to see performance when you get it on the road.

Having see the car today that's the right answer, thanks James. It's nowhere near as bad as first intimated, it's Lee being hyper-critical
.
There will, however, be a 'slight' modification to the finished paintwork to avoid different shades being side-by-side

When I did the welding on my rear quarter the bodyshop recommended doing the whole LH side just for this reason. So I put a new door on it and repaired the front wing just to make sure they didn't waste the paint

Looking good Mick - always loved the colour scheme on the BP 'record' car.
As for the graphics - probably something 'pertinent' (rude) !
