SSI's have cleaned up beautifully. Those lambda bosses are very tempting - EFI conversion in the future, but I'll wait and see if I can handle the Webers first

Hello Mick, I`m not absolutely sure what I`m talking about here, (I`m not at all) but during the long and drawn out investigation into my fuelling woes and hole in my torque curve, more than one person, here and on Early S, has said if only I had lamda sensors, the information could be used to help in the tuning of my carburetors.

I only mention this because, if you have the option of fitting them now they may be useful before you ever get to injection.

I stand to be corrected.

Good thinking Mike - thanks.
Sensors simply screw into the bosses on the exhausts so could be added at any time.
I have blanking plugs at the moment.
Nowt to do, so I think I'll go take a couple of gratuitous photos now

Rotary wire brush and patience - took 1 full day (you'd done half of it anyway Andy

Only did it because there's no car to hang them on yet.

Should have told me you were changing the colour, I could have popped over with my rollers

Saying that, the car is too nice for any experimental paint jobs...
