Fuchs Refurb advice

Hi guys, i'm sure this must have been covered more than once on the forum but I cannot find anything.
I am in the process of refurbishing my fuchs wheels, could someone please post a link to the best advice on where to paint and how to mask off to get the original look please.

Thanks for those. Very useful indeed. I fancy having a go at making one of those masking templates on the pelican link.
