I only noticed the heb as it drove past me on its way to the exit!!
The blue split window beetle next to the cab was very cool aswell.

Excellent show, could have done with a few more toilets though!!!

The red 356 is Tim's car he is selling a few cars at the moment to make way for a house move. I am supprised he is selling that one it's one he has had a while from memory.

Nice car straight and well sorted, the prices have risen to point this car at this price I think it's at it's top price but hey you want a good one you have to pay..

Tim is the guy who used to own my car about 18 years ago. From the sound of it he's been into Porsches for some time...

Your joking.. I have know Tim from when he had his first shop just down the road from me. I was 17!! We both moved out the area and now he is still just up the road from me

He is moving now.

Tim is the guy behind Alex ( retro Motorcompany ) at the time of the 912 and 911's ( stock ) he was selling, Tim did very well with German and Swedish and French before a managment buy back.

He has a real pashion for Porsches and the red one I think is one has had for a long time so I know what he is like on cars like that.. Any one looking for a car like this I would say to go along and have a look.. don't think your be disapointed..

I saw him yesterday and we chatted he has started a VW shop up again and I am not sure if some Porsche parts will come to play a role or not. I have always asked him for stuff so if you want his new shop details give him a call you never know he does have some good contacts..

Just to point out my comments on parking and the bumpy ground and the silly 4x4 Porsches blocking the end of the lines for others to come in one of the GT3's front bumper got damaged when they tackled the bumpy ground.. shame..

Keith can you pass on these comments to the orgainsers

Great show but the Porsches need a little bit flatter area to park up.. and the mix of Public and Porsche parking and lack of direction from any one in a yellow coat ( well there was important Text's coming though on that phone all day

they had to sit down

) ment there was a little bit of a mess up at the back there..

If you turned up early you had no probs, it's if you turned up later in the morning things got abit messy...as the ground at the back was more akin to sega world rally!!!! but green

Great show and yes how about a DDK meet up for this one.. Get some more classic Porkers there.. really enjoyed it..

Shame I could not go to this show as it looks great.

My comment on the bumpy ground though..... have you seen how low most of the VW boys go not sure the bumpy ground just relates to the porsche owners!!

I hope this year they organise the parking alittle better I little more Porsche parking as it was alittle on the small size for us lot and then add in some of the public parking and the 17year old in the BMW doing wheel spins in amoungst the Porsche parking made it a bit hairy I am sure Keith would have passed on any comments.. I think the Porsche parking should have been behind the anouncment trailer as it's bigger and more in the showground area, so part of the show more. Also it still made it easy for owners to come and go as theycould then drive round to the public parking ( eg where the Porsches used to park )

still a good event lets hope it's organised alittle better taking into account the last few years..parking wise..

Am i correct in thinking last years' event was its' first time?

If so i can totally understand the teething problems and know how difficult shows are to organise.

Would definitely agree with Mark that the parking situation needs to be looked at second time around. Be nice to have cars of a similar area all together in one spot.

No it's not new, just last year I think there were alittle more Porsches than space alowed. Then add the Public parking next to the Porsche parking and it got abit crowded. I left early as some boy racers started to wheel spin about on the grass and I thought it was going to end in tears.. eg £500 Bow racer BMW dents a £60,000 997

looking forward to this years one this time will be armed with full picnic and little boy...with baby ear defenders
