Er '66... just done the worst thing (according to the current Mrs C anyway) and forgotten that it's my eldests 16th this saturday which makes me 'the-worst-scumbag-waste-of-space-parent-imaginable-EVER' it seems. Big apologies but have a sweaty time without me anyway! If somebody wants the use of a freshly serviced Rockhopper (20" spring travel no less) come and fetch it

Well we all made it
The weather was perfect, and even though we got slightly lost at one point
the route was a good one too.
We also manage to get involved with the Scott Trial ( one of the Norths biggest trial riding events ) & had to feel sorry for one poor biker we met with a severly broken & bloody finger
I think Mike has some photos of us all looking 'green' at the top of one the climbs
Plans are for another ride, maybe in December ?

the start off the off road, and up

the trial on the other side of the valley, you will have to look closly to spot the rider,

Johns tea break

down hill from now on and the pace was that that was the last photo

great photos Mike
.
Looking at those photos I think Martin needs to cut down on the beers
, those Downhill bikes do weigh a lot though
Where next ? Grizdale? Dalby ?
Rumours are we might do Kielder in December
