It's possibly the 914 equivalent of the apprentice sent to the stores to ask for a long weight................ :shock:

There are no factory 914 RHD's, only a handful of Crayford conversions from the early 1970's and a few home-built ones done since.

Shouldn't think a melted piston would stop petrol getting to one carb, it would stop it being drawn into the cylinder, but would try to run on the other 3.
