Reproduction Seats

Guys,
I am thinking about buying a set of sport seats. Have seen the BF Torino seats and the Vintage Seats from the USA. Anything else out there?

Those chaps down at Thruxton who do the 904 replicas do some promising looking seats. They advertise on here but ads are blocked at the mo' due system admin probs.

sit before you buy mate... i found i didn't have a lightweight recaro shaped bum
and wouldn't last more than about an hour in the chair!

Those seats are ment to be SO BLOODY uncomfortable. Mike has one in his car and he says he only got it to be correct. The other seat is a BF Torino Nurbergring.
I run the Nurbergring buckets and have to say they are excellent seats. Although I run full FIA spec harnesses and they really plug you into the seat. Not sure if they are any good with regular belts.
However I tried the reclining versions in Gilberts car and have to say that they are amazingly comfortable much my own buckets.
Try before you buy buddy. Your bum and back will thank you for it.

I've got Vintage Seats from the US. ST replica's. v nice to look at, great quality, light and remarkably comfy, but does depend on the size of your derrière

I've got Nurburgring seats in my 911 and they are very comfortable. As Dyno said with regular belts though you do slide a bit when using the car hard.

Guys,
I studied the Deser and Bielstein sites and found the seats to be different. I think wwclassics supply only the S seat from Deser.
I have some contacts in Italy, and will ask them to check the place out. I will give you a further update.
If the seats look good, I may be interested in buying a pair of the S seats.
