What is the closes size to the original 185/70/15 is it 195/65/15 or 185/65/15? :?

195/65 is closest.

195 is the width iof the tread in milimetres (195mm).

65 is 65% of the width(195mm).

This then gives you the size of the side wall of the tyre.
