As it's a bit quiet on here - & a damp/miserable day, let's see how long it takes someone to guess the make & model of this car :
I don't want to make it too easy so here are the first 2 images ...
These are cropped details from photos taken by me so hopefully that limits the success of using 'image search' facilities !

I want to say FIAT 1500 Pininfarina, but the bonnet vent is too narrow. I'd put money on it being Italian, though.

As you correctly dismissed - it's not a Fiat 1500 Spider - in addition to that having a wider vent, the shape & location of its fuel filler flap is different
