Hanging a 'long' bonnet on the wall
Does anyone have any recommendations for how to securely hang a long bonnet onto a garage wall ? I assume use the hinge bracket threaded fixings for one part, but what design from there-on?
Cheers, Chris

I put two long screws into some chunky Rawl plugs and put the head through the holes. Reminds me I must sort the number out!

Looks great, I presume you mean the holes in between the weld nuts (or are they threaded bosses).

Not done it myself, but L hooks are likely a good choice along with Fischer plugs - all available on Amazon

Best practice with anything heavy like that is to have a safety chain in addition to what's actually holding it, just in case the main mechanism unexpectedly fails.

I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.
