Cibie Biodes

Post by scotch911 »

Set Cibie Biodes 190 in very good condition, with wiring. These will fit in the Hella housings with some modification. Price 375 euro + shipping.

You might want to mention these are not the correct Porsche fitment, but will fit with some mods.

Are cibie biodes specific for LHD/RHD or were they symmetrical in that sense?

I believe all the Cibie Biodes 190's are the same.

The 7 inch ones which are correct for a 911 (and fit into the standard "US type" buckets originally intended for sealed beam units, as used back in the day) are definitely handed. You can see a difference in the lens, and my NOS ones came with a sticker indicating left hand traffic.

I don't know whether the 190mm ones were the same.

That's correct, the Cibie Biodes 170 are made for LHD and RHD.
The ones I offer here are for LHD
