Rear decklid grille rubber spacers / grommets supplier?

I picked up a 5 bar decklid grille at Greatworth to replace the incorrect 3 bar grille on my car and have been taking it apart to restore it.

Does anyone know a supplier of the rubber grommets that fit on the 2nd and 4th bars? Or does anyone have any spare?

Could be that is the same as the middle floor pan plugs, probably 999.703.013.50 or 999.703.044.50 (NLA from Porsche?) but worth to check VW parts.
