Does anyone know of (history or current) a long bonnet 911 which was evidently campaigned by a Welshman, reg number OTG 11F?

Many thanks, that looks like it could be him and the car. I've come across a bonnet in a rough old body shop nearby and the owner says it was on an F ( 1968 ) registered rally car driven by a Welshman.
