Wanted 911

Having been without a fun car since I sold my 912 a couple of years ago and the 356 is in bits and not looking like being done anywhere in the Near future I need a petrol fix so I thought I would ask here.
Budget is sub 30k (prefnear 25as I don’t know what the 356 will cost yet). Happy for it to need a bit Work.
My preference would be 993/964 but anything considered.
I realise the budget is light but before I go the 997 route I thought would ask.
