Details sketchy, Neil Bardsley has been knocked of his pushbike. He's doing OK but badly damaged his knee.

Get well soon Neil. :) Let us know how it's going.

Third person in as many years I've known this to happen to.
Hope it all works out, you are young enough to repair quickly!

Sorry to hear this Neil.

You and I chatted about this at The Orange Tree one time:
I’ve been commuting by bike in London for over 10 years, and have had 4 serious “offs” in that time... yet I keep getting back in the saddle...
What is it about us cyclists!

Hope you are on the mend soon.

Very sad news, I’ve lost two friends to bicycles and one to motorbikes. I hope he’s back quickly. Nice chap.

Yes all best wishes to you Neil for a quick recovery from that knee injury. I rode bikes and motorbikes for years and would still like to, but the roads and traffic of today hold me back as well as the fact that my bones are not as young as they used to be.
Hope you can get to work when better another way till you feel confident enough to bike it.
