How much should I ask for my 964?

Post by Burma-Shave »

In truth I can't keep up with them all. And the fail on play in her rack was the killer blow. And now she hasnt been used for a year, oops, more, probably last proper use was probably going up the hill at Bo'ness, in 2016, now I think about it.

I have gone back and used her periodically, just around the country roads, and she still goes well - but, she has all the usual leaks and has never had any work to her motor. And she'll need all the usual while youre in there sorting if she does go in for work.

Body wise she is great, all the bad bits have been properly cut out and she's been repainted, and her interior is in great shape, apart from the usual wear where your backside slides over the bolster. So she'll be a great companion for someone. I might fix her rack but also tempted just to invite her to be trailered. I have had her since 2002, I have been around and around with this, and I keep coming back to concluding that.. she has to go. :(

(Also, I am thinking about selling my 1990 C4 non sunroof manual coupe Slate Grey over linen with 140k miles and am wondering what sort of price to ask, cheers.)

Nice, but I think the "play in her rack" could have supported a little more innuendo.

And I can see why, that is a terrible decision. In fact, it’s the second worst decision you’ve ever made.
I’m going to have to give you a call and talk one sense into you laddie.

Regards
Mike

Second worse? Well, I was young.. marrying her just seemed like a good idea at the time.
