£37K for a 912 that needs repainting (what does that older American repaint hide?) and retrimming seems a little 'strong' to me.

It is a bit.
At least he can spell concours correctly though. Unlike the auto spell check on this and probably every other forum.

Possibly some patina tax been added? These days the cool kids pay more for cars with polished through paint and shredded interior trim :wink:

It’s all in the eye of the beholder as they say, I think as long as it’s solid with decent mechanicals etc the rest is personal preference.

Hmm. Why such dreadful, uninformative pictures then?

If you want £37000, spend more than 30 seconds taking the pictures, and perhaps try to take the pictures during the daylight hours.....
