Possibly some patina tax been added? These days the cool kids pay more for cars with polished through paint and shredded interior trim

It’s all in the eye of the beholder as they say, I think as long as it’s solid with decent mechanicals etc the rest is personal preference.

If you want £37000, spend more than 30 seconds taking the pictures, and perhaps try to take the pictures during the daylight hours.....
