I got myself some LHD headlamps (4487) with the removable P45t bulb holder (not the later P43t).
What I didn't know before was that there's only one very tiny notch at the side of the hole in the reflector for positioning the bulb correctly.
So, to convert the reflectors to RHD (by rotating the bulb), I imagine it would very easy to cut another notch using some sort of a clipper.
But I still haven't discovered where is the correct position of the RHD notch. Does anyone here have any original RHD reflector bowls (SWB) to show me? I'm NOT looking to buy. I just want to know where the notch is.
I realise that posting photos here is difficult, so drop me a line and I'll PM you my email address if it's easier?
Cheers.

I've never understood why anyone thinks that's the case ...IanM wrote:I realise that posting photos here is difficult, so drop me a line and I'll PM you my email address if it's easier?
