I thought the euro 74 Carrera was the IB version of the 2.7RS, but then my grasp of facts seems to get worse the older I get. Or perhaps my self awareness gets better the older I get :)

The US 1974 Carerra is a tarted up 911S. The 911/83 engine was not allowed in North America, so we got fake Carerra's.

A 2.7S with wider RS rear arches. There was a DDKer on here some time ago trying to convince us all that his car was worth as much as an MFI car. They are not.
