Mike, I'm really sad for you. This has happened to me in the past. The theft of the gardening equipment is indicative of a certain fraternity which is difficult to identify without appearing racist. If that is the case then the aluminium has been stolen purely as scrap, not to be sold onto unsuspecting Porsche specialist. I have had several trailers stolen, but they also took any other apparently valuable scrap such Fuchs rims, copper oil lines, alloy sump guards etc.

I hope it all turns up somewhere.

It’s impossible to write what I want to say. This kind of thing makes me so angry. Lost history for the sake of a few quid. If caught I would want to remove all reproductive parts with a blunt knife and tattoo ‘thief’ across both cheeks.

I really hope the engine cases turn up at least.

Regards
Mike

3 of us 'lost' our petrol powered garden equipment a few years ago at this time of the year.
Garden Specialists: We tidy-up any Garden cheap...
Spring is on the way, only petrol stuff taken.

Police were not interested, gave me a Number on a scrap piece of paper for insurance claim.
Hope you do get the boxes back as much as all the Porsche parts, but doubt the garden stuff will be seen again.
