356A front trailing arm sleeves

Obviously 356 trailing arms are VW Beetle items with an outer sleeve to increase the diameter & one of the sleeves on my trailing arms is scored as the needle bearing has collapsed.

Managed to source the correct bearings but does anyone know where & if I can get the sleeve?

Happy to buy a full tailing arm if needed, its the upper one without shock & roll bar mount.
