Converting LHD Headlights (H4) to RHD

Post by MonkeyChap »

Hi All,

I though this was just a case of swapping out the lenses (i.e. the outer glass bit), but I've been told that the whole unit has to be swapped. Can anyone confirm one way or the other ?

Reason I ask is that my headlights are a bit knackered, but have new lenses...and the LHD items are way cheaper than the RHD ones.

Ta

Thanks - it was more about using the lenses I had. I'll check out the sealed unit thing though.
