I can't se anything listed but with a good heater it's annoying to have this. Can anyone advise on a cure?

Cold draught although the heater is hot
I have clod air blowing around my leg this coming in around the pipe in the picture although the heater is hot. It seems like as this heater pipe passes through the bulkhead it shouldmaybe have a gromit to stop the draught around the pipe?
