Seems like an interesting car but then I noticed turned to 100 octane fuel and no FIA papers. I'm guessing this means not ready to race and not good for the road?

I don't think as it sits, it complies with any Historic race series regulations, certainly if you wanted to compete in it, you would need to confirm what it is eligible for.
The first 10 miles might be fun as a road car, but suspect it might be a bit to raw for touring
