There was only one Rhd gulf blue RS lightweight in the first 500 cars, chassis number #397.
I don't know anything about the car but it strikes a chord with something James Hot66 once told me about a one family(?) owned example somewhere in North Yorkshire that he knew about. Maybe it's the same car?
Regards
Mike

Here it is alongside my 924 Carrera GT outside my unit back then:
Did it still have all its lightweight panels at that time Andy?

It was a long time ago Mike (!) but I'm fairly sure it did back then.
At the time Josh Sadler said it was the 2nd most original M471 model he knew of (in terms of its original panels & equipment) in spite of the fact that it had been re-painted & had 7 & 8 in wheels.
However, last time I heard about the car (a couple of years ago) it was quite rusty ...

Thanks Andy. Was this RS ever in Wales if not in North Yorkshire then? ( thanks James)
