Eurosport? I am watching on Sky, but it may be possible to get a short subscription online.

The ACO are offering some live feed with onboard camera for 10 euro, if you want to check it out

Watching here http://www.ustream.tv/channel/SPG5XyXq3pc there are some adverts but it is free. You need to let the adverts finish then it starts.
