New member!
Hi,
Just joined as a member and looking forward to getting useful tips on my restoration project. I purchased my 1966 912 from the states and the last owner had the car for 40 years. I'm the third owner and still in touch with the previous keeper. Wanted to post a photo but not sure how to add attachments. Can you advise?
Thanks,
Adam.

Mike,
Did this work? <a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/adam900/1 ... ed-public/" title="107"><img src="https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7520/151 ... 1245_o.jpg" width="4896" height="3672" alt="107"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
That's a photo before the restoration began.
Regards,
Adam.

Welcome. There are lots of good people to help with your 912 on here.

Thanks for your help with sorting out the photos!
First photo is original condition of the car when purchased looks ok from a distance but not so good up close. Car is 90% finished just getting engine re-built at the moment.

Re: New member!
Lovely work with the dials, did you do this work yourself or have you had these done by a third party?

Lovely car and great work. Looking forward to seeing the conclusion. Maybe start a thread in the Restoration section and tell the full story?

Thanks - will start this thread again in the restoration section as suggested.
BTW - the dials were rebuilt by third party based in The Netherlands.
