So I now need to find a replacement. It appears that the battery that is on the car was an American one and I am looking for a battery that is available in the UK that is of the same dimensions as the original so that I can retain the original battery cover and strap. Any ideas which one I should purchase? (The dimensions of the existing battery are c21.5cm long x18.5 cm high x 13.5 cm wide - 12volt 45Ah 300A).

912 Car Battery - Which one to use
My 1967 912 battery has decided to die.
So I now need to find a replacement. Any ideas which one I should purchase? (The dimensions of the existing battery are c21.5cm long x18.5 cm high x 13.5 cm wide - 12volt 45Ah 300A).
