Hi
Thanks for the encouragement. The car was is indeed over with Mr Finch AKA spikes vintage restorations, and yes I believe it is a rhd razor (Keith will know more about that one) it is an amazing car. I Cant speak highly enough of Spike, exceptional work and a real pleasure to work with. My car (like all) had its fair share of headaches along the way and Spike doesn't bat an eyelid at them we just get them sorted.
If you want his contact details just drop me a line. But he is HIGHLY recommended from me.

Thanks. I have had a chat with Spike and will send some images my car for him to give me an estimate. Right now I'm getting quotes from £3k through to £20k. Gulp. I need an honest good quality approach, Spike sounds encouraging from our initial conversation.

I think I need to buy a Razor! That is a cool looking car. Mr Wright, on here, has one which is the dogs ...

If you want any more pics or to have a chat about the paint job just drop me a line, but I have nothing negative to say at all. With regards to the quotes there are paint jobs and then there are PAINT JOBS. So bear that in mind with comparisons, I went down that route with my beetle a lot of years ago. If you are down that way and spike does not mind then feel free to have a good look at mine. I will try to post a few more pics up in a bit for you.
Good Luck with the car.

So The build up is under way, the door are done complete with regulator rebuilds and the most expensive drivers side glass known to man. Shocks, front beam, torsion bars, spring plates so it is rolling. Steering next week then we will probably tackle the wiring and pull all the bits through the tunnel. We are slowly getting there thanks to lots of help along the way, and so far really pleased with the progress.
Aiming for Headingham but who knows.
