Attach pictures?

How do I attach pictures to my posts? I'd rather use attach feature rather than url.

I use Photobucket as it doesn't watermark you image. Keep your images to a reasonable size (640x480 pixels) formated as a JPEG with abit of compression and you won't pi** people of who only have a slow dial up connection.
